BEN EISENMENGER, Owner

Thanks to all the years of education and competing at a high level, I have developed the skills needed to coach others from entry level to performance athletes. I have been honored to coach others to complete StrongFirst certifications, win state championships, set KY state records, national records, and world records in strongman and powerlifting.

When not training myself or others I like to spend time with my wife and three children. I have always incorporated my family into my fitness goals, often training while my children are running around me. We all eat as healthy as possible and spend most of our time away from technology and enjoying the outdoors. I plan to live a long healthy life even when my competition days are done.

Aakesh Fleckinger

I first started in the weight room as a 16-year old just trying to get stronger for baseball and it soon became a passion. I went through my fair share of injuries during my high school career such as a broken collarbone, sprained ac joints, and some tweaked hamstrings among others. My time on the injury list and in the weight room, either rehabbing or training for the season, piqued my interest and I soon found myself wishing I was deadlifting instead of playing third base.

From there my interest only grew in strength training and the science behind it; I’ve now been powerlifting since graduating high school and am currently a third-year student majoring in exercise science at NKU. I specialize in online powerlifting coaching, general strength training, and functional hypertrophy.

I currently run the online coaching platform for Be Strong and really enjoy setting up students for success with appropriate recommendations for exercises, volume, and intensity to see the best gains without injuries.
