To sign up for a membership or day pass, click on our gym memberships tab, select accordingly, and fill out all of the required information. After that, you will receive a code that allows you 24/7 access to the gym through the side entrance.

To get started with personal training, click on the services tab, personal training, and schedule a consultation.

To sign up for online programming, click the services tab and then online training. You will fill out a survey and your coach will reach out within 3 days to discuss your goals, set up a plan, and help you get set up on the TrainHeroic app. You can also contact Ben directly under the contact tab for any of these options above.

No! We train all ages, experience level, and capability level. We have trained people from ages 9-75 with all sorts of different goals.

No we do not.

Yes we do. If you pay for 6 months of a gym membership, you save $15 off of a traditional monthly membership price (instead of $390, you pay $375). On the other hand, if you purchase 12 months, you save $60 off of a traditional monthly membership price (instead of $780, you pay $720).

Yes, while we don’t replace medical care, we can support you by helping manage the injury safely, building strength, and working toward restoring mobility where appropriate. We’ll also continue training other areas of your fitness so you can keep progressing during recovery. If we ever feel your injury is beyond what’s safe to work around, we’ll encourage you to see a doctor if you are not already.

No! We also do cardiovascular (aerobic) training, functional training, flexibility and mobility, and balance and stability training.
