Using Objective Goals to Build Long Term Success in Fitness

Staying engaged with fitness over the long term is hard! It's even harder when the only focus is subjective, on feeling better about fitness and self image. When you put attention on objective measures like performance metrics it becomes easier to develop long term commitment through the ebs and flows of fitness.
