2nd Annual Kentucky's Strongest Hands grip competition. The event will take place alongside Kentucky's Strongest Man strongman competition at the Kentucky International Convention Center. All competitors must have an active Membership through Armlifting USA.

Weight Classes:

Women: 70kg, SHW, Masters 50+

Men: 80kg, 100kg, 125kg, SHW, Masters 50+, Masters 60+

Weigh-ins will take place the evening before the event and the morning of the event at the venue from 8 am to 9 am. We will announce the day before weigh-ins, with time and location closer to the event.

Scores will be Armlifting USA style. 1st place in the class will receive 100 points. The percentage difference between 1st place and the other competitors will determine the other points. Example: The heaviest lift in an event is 200lbs. 2nd place lifts 180lbs. 1st place gets 100 points, and 2nd place gets 90 points, because 180 is 90% of 200. The score sheet will be live on a Google document, not on Iron Podium's scorecard.
